If someone remembers thing that you never mentioned then that is a problem. Either he has been asking your friends and no one has mentioned it OR he is checking you out and you are unaware. He must be on your Social Media? If you mean that he senses and knows things about you that you don't tell him then that may be something else. It sounds more like you are his project or target. Be safe, careful, and exercise good judgment.

Ofcourse, if say, you have a common friend - he may have done some small research but still, for me, as a dude, it's weird.

In best case scenario, yes! Although some guys have great memories, though, so I don't know if I’d rely on that to tell if he likes you or not. Hopefully he is dropping other hints!
