Does he miss me?

Okay so I was moved department at work, under no choice of my own, Infact I was pretty much forced out of there, anyway …. There was a guy in my previous department who I became friendly with, and my colleague said he was asking for me last week. Could this mean he misses me? Do guys usually ask of females if they are not interested or care about them? I’ve bumped into him a couple of times and he always insinuates a hug.

I don’t think so. If he were repeatedly asking about you or bringing you up then that’s one thing, but this sounds like the first time he asked since you got switched. To me, that’s just him wondering what happened to you, and that’s not unusual. You were friends with one another, it’s fair for him to take notice of your absence.

I usually bump into him often but I hadn’t in a few weeks and the week he asked about me I was on annual leave.
