As in, what exactly do they do? Guys are often a bit rough with each other and what can appear abusive to some is not always the case. With one of my buddies from work, we greet each other with a straight face, "what the fuck do you want?".

But I'm not there and not seeing what you're seeing. If you're completely unsure, then nonchalantly, ask him why those guys are always being ass hole towards him. Gauge his response.

If you think it's that bad then go speak to your HR department about it.
