The answer would generally be obvious for most men in existence. Showing some big clevage and giving a hint that you're into anime is inevitably gonna lead to a lot of left swipes.

As for myself, if that's the only picture she has of herself it's gonna first make me question if the account of this girl is legit or it's just some fake user that stole the pic from someone else to get left swipes for fun. However if it seems legit and she has good description of herself and doesn't live too far I'm gonna go for a left because I don't mind whether she seeks casual sex or a serious relationship.
