A lawful good character acts as a good person is expected or required to act. Combines a commitment to oppose evil with the discipline to fight relentlessly. Tells the truth, keeps their word, helps those in need, and speaks out against injustice. A lawful good character hates to see the guilty go unpunished.

@meetkitty123. I was once a strong Lawful Good, but the mileage has worn me down. I still have lawful good impulses, but I consciously temper them with my life experience.

@KrakenAttackin yes I honestly can still see some lawful good inside you. I thought you were once in law enforcement? (Correct me if I'm mistaken) anyhow you still have a heart beating and a slight longing... but it is highly masked as you deeply lean and walk a path of chaotic neutral yet you do occasionally dip and sway into a more sinister side (hence the Krakenattackin with a pirate/poison symbol) lightly caressing on chaotic evil which is mildly brought to the surface from your previous heart aches and disappointments you were unjustly blown

@meetkitty123 Ha! Actually, my profile pic is taken from a sign in the Falkland Islands, after the war. The Argentinians had planted thousands of land mines and there were signs to warn the residents after the war was over.

Neural good is for me. I like a middle ground of order and chaos while focusing on benevolence.

Chaotic neutral is only one step above demons in D&D, who are chaotic evil. Many bandits find themselves in the alignment of chaotic neutral.

It's a personality that lives for their whims and to assure the best outcome for their own well being. As @KrakenAttackin picture says They might fight along side you (only is this suits and benefits them) and on the other hand they are not above robbing you blind under the circumstances that doing so will guarantee their survival or is necessary to accomplish their desired goal

@Likes2drive. Sometimes selfish, sometimes giving. I see Chaotic Neutral as having the blinders off, being more concerned with individuals than rules or societal expectations, choosing your battles rather than having them chosen for you.
