Why would a minor teen boy have an interest in me?

So I’m a retail associate at a clothing store that hires minors. I have never before worked with kids, and work with a few 16 year olds. I’m 26 and I feel he is acting like one of my older men coworkers, glancing at my crotch area, flat out staring at me, making intense eye contact etc. what makes a teenager interested in myself? I do not look like a teenager I’m clearly a grown woman (albeit I look around 23) and I don’t dress provocatively because we have uniforms. I’ve seen his girlfriend and they clearly look prepubescent so I don’t get the interest.

It's part of being a boy! I had the hots for my 1st grade teacher (she was married to the principal and was at least in her 30's) my aunt (she was in her early 20's, I was about 6) and a babysitter we once had (she was at least in her teens and I was about 6. Years later, I even wrote a song about her! Her name was, Cherry. Really cute redhead!!)

Now that I think of it, I used to babysit a 7 year old girl who had a thing for me (I was about to turn 21) and a few years later just about the time I turned 25, the 3 year old daughter of my girlfriend said she wanted to marry me!

It's because you don't know boys at that age. For many kids at that age in my class, they would have had a teacher they think like that about who would be older than them as well. It's normal.

Because he’s a male w hormones. Even worse a teenage male. A lot of younger men tend to like older women cause she’s got a woman’s body. Not a teenage girl’s body who is still developing. Although some are well endowed as teens, most aren’t thinking back to my teen days. I was obsessed w my typing teacher Ms. Pryor, big rack w a nice ass for a white giro. In fact a lot of my friends liked her as well.
