Is it strange that I feel uncomfortable talking about my sex life with my friends?

I have a lot of male friends due to the industry I work in and whenever we go out all they want to talk about is sex and I think they like asking me about it because they want a woman's point of view on it but I'm always pretty sheepish about it and try and change the subject.

My male friends have pointed this out and make jokes about me not wanting to talk about it but I feel like it's very personal thing to talk about and is disrespectful towards my boyfriend if I spoke about our sex life.

Most my female friends all feel the same about but they guys can't wrap their heads around it.

These men also aren't the type to shut shame but I've explained years of woman having that from men is the reason we find it hard to talk about too

I don't talk about my romantic/sex life with my friends either.

I used to talk a little bit, but I got tired of telling people about things, then having the relationship fall apart, and then having to admit that things didn't work out with the girl later. In the worst cases, I would have my "friends" try and sabotage the relationships... that was always weird.

I get your side but I also get there's so I don't know. Because to them it's you not trusting them which naturally upsets someone if they aren't. But also one for sure shouldn't trust a group of people nvm a woman to a group of guys lol.

I only talk about it with my sister, because she knows more and won't judge me too harshly. She's also younger so I can pull the old brother card when necessary, even though it's by 18 months.
