Seems to vary with each woman for me. I seem like nervous habits in general though. For example, if I tell my wife the most offensive joke I can imagine, her lower lip starts to quiver and her face turns red like she can't decide whether to laugh or become really upset. I love that.

In general, I seem to like nervous patterns. For example, I had an ex who just stirs her coffee very aggressively when she's upset. You can tell if she has a coffee if you're making her stressed out because she starts stirring her coffee faster and faster, and she doesn't even seem to notice. I loved that.

I think it's cute when I wake up in the morning to a girl watching me sleep. Then when she remembers some movie I liked or some food I liked that I mentioned a while ago, that shows she was listening.

The way a girl giggles when I tickled her, I find that cute too. The one I find really cute is when a girl closes her eyes when we kiss.

Or sometimes when we're watching a movie and she puts her feet on my lap. I guess it's a lot of little things
