Guys, if you haven’t contacted a girl for quite some time but remembers her birthday and send her a text to wish her, what does it mean?

Like after something happened between you both (the guy dumped her first), you guys are no longer following each other on any social media and stopped contacting for 5 months. Then when your bday arrived, she sent you a text to wish you and then 2 months later during her birth-day, you remember the date and send her a text to wish her.
