If guy says at the end of first date ” let’s keep in touch” ? Is it good sign or not?

To me it doesn’t sound good. Sounds as though he doesn’t plan on seeing you again. At least not in the near future. Let’s keep in touch is what you’d say to a friend who is moving away or something. Maybe someone you met on a trip to another state or country, let’s keep in touch. If he’s in the same city or town as you this isn’t a good thing. Let’s keep in touch I’ll call you up when I’m bored w nothing to do or someone flakes out on me or my ex and I break up. You’re on the back burner w a low setting, just simmering.

What does “soon” mean? He could have been nervous when he said that but honestly that isn’t something I’d say to a girl if I was interested in her. Again just sounds as though he doesn’t plan on seeing you that much. If he reached out right away it could be for something purely sexual.
