What does it mean if man start sending you a random selfie without you asking?

Like when I’m asking what re u doing, he suddenly send a selfie and said I’m going out with my family. Then the next day he send a picture of him wearing a shirt in specific colour that I like with caption ‘I’m wearing your favourite shirt again’ . But this man has made clear to me before that he’s not interested in relationship. Just now, the way he talks and his action says otherwise. Is this a mixed signal?
