I had a man come in the store I work at today. He is staring and smiling at me but I ignored it. After I finish his transaction he’s still smiling and is like “are you even old enough to be working here?” In a nice way And I told him I was 21 and he was like “you must get carded ALL the time” and I was like “No I don’t rlly drink” and he was like “that’s like my daughter she’s 26 and always gets carded but you look so young” and he was still looking at me and smiling. Was this creepy?

Honestly, no.

Just because it made you feel somewhat uncomfortable, doesn't mean he tried to be a creep about it. To me, it sounds like a father who looks at you and you remind him of his own daughter. I don't know, just a guess of mine. I get that too sometimes with older women who start chatting with me because I reminded them of their son or grandson.

Honestly it's not creepy. He was giving you a compliment by saying you look younger than you are. I've said that on several occasions to women and they couldn't thank me enough. They said I made their day
