How do guys feel when a girl that they paid attention to on and off asks for their Snapchat but the last time he paid attention to her he stared at her side eyed glance?

I had a girl walking up the sidewalk looked at me with a side view, but she looked cranky or crabby so afraid to say hi to her but see in my case I could be all wrong I like when a girl will make direct eye contact with me
