Why do men act weird around me?

When men (for instance coworkers) approach me they oftentimes try to be very Short and leave me saying something like „i will Leave you Alone now“. Does that mean I‘m unattractive or Boring?

I have resting bitch face and a lot of people would end convos with "I'll stop bothering you".

I learned to be more outwardly warm (it makes the times you're not performing happy go lucky hit harder - as a project manager, this helps me emphasize when we're on a bad path), and end on a positive.

It's been working and my clients consistently describe me as warm and friendly, now. And there's few of them, but there's also some clients who are afraid of me because they don't like when I get serious. It usually means I'm one week away from escalating up their chain of command.

If you seem to be the only one they treat this way you could just be exuding a negative or annoyed energy, otherwise known as: “resting bitch face”.

There you go. So as I suspected they probably just think you are not as open to socializing and they don’t wanna bother you. Do you have pictures of your friends and family around or things you can talk about? I know that guys appreciate questions about their passions so if you could force yourself to be more outgoing that may help you out
