Why would a recently single guy unfollow a whole bunch of girls from instagram?

This man is recently single
Not seeing anyone at the moment and he unfollowed a lot of females from his IG

Why would he do this? Shouldn’t it be the other way around… that he follows a whole bunch of girls


He broke up w his girlfriend because he wanted to focus on himself and work on his mental health

Yeah, this makes sense. Social media and mental health issues... social media drives so much anxiety with some people they can't take it. Especially, if he is just coming off a hard breakup.

Now someone like me I would be trying to connect with as many singles as possible... but I do not have mental health issues. But some men get crushed, and just wants nothing to do with woman. They just do not have the emotional capacity for it.

maybe he's having regret over losing the girlfriend? as true often when i was single and bored i'd follow a lot of girls on that site , so many i came close to reaching the max # your allowed to follow on my old account which is like 7500 i recall
