I’ve been talking to this guy for about a month, we talk throughout the day. We have talked a couple times about meeting up but he says uni is hectic (he is in class 9-5 each fay) I asked him before he is wants to do soemthing on the weekend and he said ‘I’m busy this weekend, I have two assignments due’. Does this mean he isn’t interested at all or he might actually be busy? I’m not good with this stuff :(
Depends on how he said it. If he looked sincere and said, "I'm so sorry, I'm really busy this weekend, but do you fancy doing next week (or something like that)" then he sounds interested.
If he kept it, "Sorry I can't do, I'm busy" and left it at that, then he isn't interested I'm afraid.
I graduated college and had a full load every semester. I ALWAYS made time for girls.

He's not interested. Busy or not, he would make time for you if he wanted too.
