What does it mean when a guy asks for my age and says that i‘m kind/nice?

My coworker aka crush who is not there anymore asked me at an event how old I am. I answered with 19 and I asked him too after like 5 seconds. He kinda smirked and said that he‘s 25 and that it‘s not a big age difference. Before that we were in the elevator alone and he said that I have to motivate my other coworkers because he is leaving. I asked him how should I motivate him and he answered with „with your nice personality“ and was smirking again I started blushing and I couldn‘t even say thank you or whatever I just smiled. When he said goodbye he was saying again that I‘m way too nice. He even said it in front of my other coworker. I noticed that he also said my name often. Like he was literally whispering my name when he came to my office.

It simply means that he is assessing you to see whether you would fit his definition of someone that he could ask out to be intimate with. He is basically checking you out to see your reactions and whether you are jailbait or not.

To me, that is the behavior of a player and I would be very cautious not to play his game if you don't want to get into trouble or simply be yet another number on his body count or trophy list.
