It means nothing. Not every social media cue has a meaning. People are constantly trying to place value on a internet like or story watch or whatever. Means nothing. Are insta stories made to be watched? Uh yeah. Whole point of the site. What did it mean when you liked his story? Maybe he viewed it and was like nah dude and that was it. Maybe he got busy with ya know... life. I am going out on a limb here but bet ya he doesn't spend every waking hour on insta.
