What are your opinions on emo girls? (Before answering, many emos are stereotyped to have anxiety and depressed and are thought to be people who self harm.. this isn’t true, emos are just people who express themselves differently! :)

To be perfectly honest while I have a *rough* idea about what "emo girl" means, I don't have a firm enough understanding to have a strong opinion.
On the whole I do think that it's a good idea to be in touch with your feelings however.

Like goths but less fun to be around. Goths were all about finding joy in absurdity, but I feel like most goths find is something to despair over, or are just treating emo like a fashion statement.

It's one way to express oneself. Young people also seek to ''belong somewhere'' on their route of growing up; so they associate themselves with a ''group'' they want to identify with.
It's a passing phase.

I have met a fair few on some rock club nights out seem pretty cool people can be a tad dramatic but these days who isn't
