This guy and I broke up. I said bye first but he basically pushed me to it.

I instantly stopped communicating with him.

About 2-3 weeks later he started calling me and texting but all he would say is hello and send emojis or memes.

This escalated to him coming to my neighborhood and letting me know he was around but he would only. ever say hi and send emojis so I never really bothered.

He would video call me on What's App a lot but I didn't feel like talking.

It's been 2 months he was trying to get in contact.

After another video call, I texted him asking if he had been trying to call me he replied "🫠".

I replied with ⚰️ because... well because. I mean what's that "🫠"? He absolutely is the one who needs to apologize.

He sent 🙄 and I replied 😴. Woke up to a text sent at 4am of 😊.

Is here any point in messaging him again?

No I think he might be a mix of hurt and bored since it´s possible that he has no other women at the moment to talk to.
If you can´t imagine getting back with him stop messaging with him for at least a couple of weeks to cool down all your feelings and it might bore him enough to move on if you´re not reacting to his messages.
