In the beginning He was friendly But recently he started avoiding me (for instance hiding or Walk into another Directiob when he sees me) and giving me Cold Stares when He Walks past me.

He is still polite when I ask him work related questions But Makes a Long Face and sometimes avoids eye contact. I Never flirted with him and keep to myself Most of the Time so I don’t understand how I could have annoyed or upset him. With other female coworkers He is always charming and talkative

Maybe he is "testing the water", maybe he is married, maybe he wants to dind out if you're single, maybe he is just playing you for... You to go after him, instead Him going after you! Maybe you're new and he doesn't want to make it too obvious from the start that he has a crush on you 🤷‍♂️

Well then that is "your/his issue" right there, he doesn't want to be "seen" as he is Hitting on You, he might be scared what other's say or his family hearing "gossip", today's technology is scary, can "dismantle" lives/faimlies, just by 1 picture.
