Closely trim everywhere. Legs , arms , thighs too

It's ok to just closely trim torso , leave elsewhere natural

Grow out the torso hair too alongwith keeping natural on legs and arms

Trimming/shaving body hair should always be more a function of personal comfort and preference than what's "better". I shave my legs because I like the way they feel shaved, not because anyone cares about they look. So if you want to trim/shave part of your body, do it. See if you prefer it physically/aesthetic (and if you're willing to committing to maintaining, especially if shaving because the skin maintenance is a little different as you may be aware). If you don't like it, don't keep doing it.

I mean I usually prefer less body hair, but I'm not going around telling guys to shave either, especially not for something so labor intensive. (I might pretend to complain about a beard, but that's because hair in one's face can be annoying.) Above all I really believe that these sorts of things should be based on the individual's comfort and style, rather than what's "most attractive", ya know?

Keep everything looking the same. If trimming, trim it all the same (torso and legs) . Or if natural, keep it all natural
