He also dm me a lot of memes etc today he sent me a video of some random girl shaking her ass? Trying to figure out why It just seemed random because it was just a video of a girl shaking her rear for a second and he didn’t comment or anything to me about it
and then later I sent him a selfie of me about to take a hit of weed and he replied “all glooks” and I asked what it means and he said thanks, I don’t understand in this context why he said it?

I don't know what glooks are but he send you a video of a girl twerking which also doesn't make sense unless you are stuck in the friendzone, its what guys sometimes send each other, I couldn't find it logically any other way unless he meant to send it to someone else

Also he does ask me to go sit in his car everyday on lunch and mentioned how another coworker friend of ours teases him for hanging with me, and he also asked me to go hang on my day off when he had work and he did the same for me so does this mean anything

Well it depends what you mean by mean anything, it can mean many things it can mean he wants you to shake your ass and is hinting it by sending someone else twerking for example, I think you should be asking yourself what his intentions with you are and you can only figure that one out by putting all the pieces together, has he ever shows any signs of interest when hanging out with You, or anything that can be considered a hint, because from everything I reading, he seems to be treating you like a homie
