Why did he take his shirt off while looking at me?

There is this older man in my neighborhood that has been looking at me a lot recently. He used to look away when I looked his way, but he stopped doing that a few months ago. Now, whenever I look at him (I try not to) he always has this intense look on his face as he is staring into my eyes.

A few weeks ago I was out on a walk in the neighborhood. When I was on my way back home and was walking pass his house, I noticed that he was standing there, already staring at me. It almost felt as if he was waiting for me to come back. Then he just took of his shirt while his eyes was still glued on me. I looked away and kept walking, feeling a bit uncomfortable.

Since that day he has been greeting me whenever we see each other, something he has never done before. Whenever he would see me at a distance before, he would run away and avoid me. I don't know if he took of his shirt to like, test me or something? See if I was interested or if I would stare. I just find it a bit odd because he is married and his wife is always glaring at me from a distance as I walk pass their house.

Men take off their shirt in the way you describe for 2 reasons:
1. Look how big and strong I am, you don't want to fight me.

2 Look how big and strong I am, do you want to fuck with me?
