Signs a cancer male likes you or he is just being nice?

How can I figure out if this guy from work is into me? I'm so bad on reading signs. Even if one would hit me in the face, I still won't get it. Please share your tips.

I’m a cancer ☺️ I dunno if these are things other cancer guys do, but this is what I do when I like someone at least:

*I joke with them a lot

*I (gently) tease them

*I make friends with them and get to know them really well

*I try and do nice things for them (like get them a coffee, bring them food, drive them somewhere etc)

* Flirtatious touching (shoulder brushes, fist bumps, standing really close to them, letting your knees brush if you sit next to each other)

* ask them to hangout out of work
