Guy asked me on a date but hasn’t texted? is this weird behavior?

So basically he asked to a baseball game for today. We didn’t text much but I did accept the date. I had a super busy weekend this weekend but tried to keep conversation going back on Saturday. He hasn’t texted me back since Saturday night however we had a date planned for 6 pm today. I did post on Instagram yesterday and he viewed my story, but still never a text back. He probably have exchanged like 8 messages in total , but I was all for date until he has ghosted me. Is this weird behavior?

Just send a goofy/cute selfie asking if your still good for the date XD. And if he asks why you want confirmation just say you wanted to verify he's still down for it and if something came up you didn't want to intrude.

He hasn’t texted me back in over 2 days LOL yes it takes two to tango but if he can’t simply text back after he is the one that made plans then wtf. I know my worth and my worth is a man that follows through with plans
