So I a guy friend I know is going through a hard time and I know struggles with his mental health from time to time.. I bought him a book with uplifting self healing poems and quotes aswell as a journal. Also I put own little quotes with this gift. I’m sure if he’s gonna like it

Just depends on what kind of man he is. It’s a nice gesture, but something like that for me wouldn’t do much if I was going through some tough times. I’m not very religious so it’s sort of like someone saying I’ll pray for you. What good does that do? Again I’m not very religious so that’s my opinion.
