Why did he buy it?

Me and my “Situationship” started talking again 2 weeks ago. Anyway, he lost his stizzy for the 2nd time, and I offered to get him a new one delivered to his pad from their online site, but he told me not to cuz it was too expensive and that he was gonna just go to a random dispensary for it which he did. I originally wanted to get him the blue colored one and previously he said he didn’t care about the color. But then he went to a dispensary, and ended up getting the blue colored one…
Why did he buy it?
