Is he really interested in me or not?

Sometimes he literally takes a full day to reply back to me and I don’t like it I’ve already addressed it comes across like he’s not very interested. But he says he definitely is but has continued to do it what do I do because I really like him

Well if you've already addressed the issue with him and things still don't change then I would say it's time to reconsider how much he's really invested into the relationship. Don't get me wrong, there are gonna be days where he doesn't get to respond to you as much due to life getting in the way, but even then he should at least say something, even if it's just checking in. When someone is really important to you, you find a way to make time, even if it's not always as much time as you'd prefer.
