This guy doesn’t seem attracted to me and seems a bit cold towards me… even tho his personality is that way. He speaks to no one.

things kind of felt different when he saw me teary eyed. He seemed to notice and orbited a bit.. he got closer and closer until someone else came in comforted me.

He even whistles when he passes by

He soumds very introverted and stoic. If he does like you, he will try to hide it. Orbiting is something that could mean something if its repeated behavior.

If he is shy, he is less likely to approach you. Talking to him would be the best bet. He might be too dense to get the whistling thing.
