Some reasons... I mean of course you know there are thousands of possibilities.
He is ghosting you- I mean that could be anything, from him cheating or having insecurity issues.
He fell asleep and just didn't see the message. I mean something once I say good night, I just put the phone down.
Maybe he prereview the message without opening it, saw you say good night, and didn't think it required a response.
I mean I have gone to sleep at night and woke up and say a good night message from the previous day, and I just missed it.

I mean anything really.
He usually replies around 7 or 8 and I was going to go see him yesterday and he said he would let me know after he finished helping his friend move some things. It’s now 3pm with no response..
Not good... that all I can say.
What does it mean?
Yesterday we discussed that and he later fell asleep after going to his friends then the store. He didn’t want me to come by because he thought he’d fall asleep once I got there and it was raining. Our last text was a good night and he’s not replied this whole day
I am telling you this, if you wanted to come over and he said no because he is going to sleep... he's not really into you. No make would turn down a possibility of sex, if he was really into you.
I have been over before and he’s driven to me before but it’s just this night
Maybe you should ask him about it and consider the fact that maybe he had a bad day and just wanted to rest. I mean maybe you might be overreacting.
I just felt like his silence was a loud response since he’s active on social media
