How do I make him send his full picture?

I met this guy at cruchies, we interacted for awhile, I was in a hurry so we exchanged contact. We've been chatting since then, he's a cool guy I must say, someone I'd want to have as mine, but that's not the issue. He asked for a picture of me which I sent, then I asked him to send me his, he sent a half picture, I requested for a full one, he decided to play games with me, he dared me to make him send it. I've been thinking of ways to do so but didn't come up with something, I need your help. He actually put a price, if I could make him send a full picture of him, he'll buy me my dream car.
