So we are talking everyday through messenger and we been like this a whole week (I just met him I know it sounds crazy). And hung out two times we kissed and cuddled but never talk to me about his feelings for me which is weird like if he don’t want none with me why he on my dms the whole time? Is he using me?

Maybe he isn’t interested in you that way. The truth is whether he’s playing a game to try to get you to have sex w him or wants a real relationship, they’re kind of both played the same. You just don’t know which one he’s seeking. Maybe he’s just shy. It’s weird that even if a man feels like you may like him, like she kissed him, he may still have doubts that she really likes him. So maybe he’s just trying to get to know you better, which if that was really true he wound the making out w you right now or cuddling. At least that’s what I think. It’s kind of like things are going backwards.

Girl it's time to talk to him very honestly. If you guys are not in the same page why to stay confused, why to overthink that he loves you or not. It just messes your mental health.
