Guys, honest answers ONLY - why are you so against working women and think that she has "less value" than a stay at home mom?

I see soo many posts that working women are this and that, blah, blah, blah. Seriously.

Do you honestly think that because a woman works she loses her maternal instincts - you gotta pretty got-no-brain stupid to think that. Women are born with maternal instincts just like they're born with boobs and a vag it doesn't magically disappear cause of a job.

Furthermore by education & working women are more adept to be responsible because they are caught responsibility, cause and effect, etc. through education & workplace lifestyle.

Whereas and you can ask ANY social worker, police officer, etc. they'll say very similar and I say this as someone who HAS multiple family members in these positions.

Child abuse & neglect is FAR more rampant amongst stay at home mother households - a far more typical trend of lower working class / welfare families where police are more often - because well mom is usually not adept. She's typically disorganized, etc. and spends more on the computer, phone or in front of the TV than she does bettering the kids' lives.

Truthfully, I don't want a "stay at home mom".

I don't like CAREER WOMEN. Women who make their career their priority in life. Those with super busy, consuming jobs with lots of hours, travel for work, their career is a deciding factor in our lives. I am all for women having a job.

When the kids are born though... she needs to quit and raise out child. NO DAYCARE is raising our child.

When the kids are in school, at age 5 or 6 then she can go back to work.

Me and the family are priority. I was never going to date some lawyer or surgeon or anything high level who is always busy, has long hours or is ever traveling for her work.

My wife is a children's librarian. She quit when we had kids. She works 40 hours a week and is off at 5 everyday except for 1 night per week in which she works until 9.

She went back to work when the kids were old enough to be in school. I am fine with that.

She has a job but isn't a career woman and me and the family trump her work.

I don’t think men are against it. What we don’t like is these women who think they’re all that and a bag of chips who can do no wrong. The I don’t need no man attitude. The Ms. Independent Boss Bitch. Women like that usually display masculine qualities. Something a lot of men don’t like. It’s not about being insecure either the way a lot of women say. I don’t want to come home to have to handle a female, she’s a grown up she should be able to handle herself. A large majority of men want a family, marriage, kids, so when you have a girl who’s more focused on her career that isn’t going to work. So it’s not our preference, doesn’t mean we hate it. She’s just not for me.

I'm not AGAINST working women. I'm against women who work and assume that means they can do nothing around the house. I'm not cooking every single meal until the stars burn out and I'm not cleaning up after you if you can't put away your ist. If you were single you'd have to do all of these things. You still have to, you just have someone to share the load with now. Key word being "share."

I’m not against working women. Especially in this horrible economy. But women keep wanting to fulfill masculine roles and it’s just not very attractive to me personally. If I was looking for a masculine partner I’m just going to make a male friend without all the drama and get hookup sex elsewhere.

I never have but I bleve that only one person in a family should need to work to pay for every thing that is needed, my So work when our kids were young amd I loved taking them to school and feeding them we also done loads of after school stuff.
