Seriously though I don't get why they make it so obvious. I've had a guy creeping on me everyday this last week at the pool. Acting like he was staring into my soul for a hour straight 🙄

That is something I have done before, both intentionally and unintentionally. It is more me hoping she will aproach me, because I'm not good at that.
