Is he interested?

I had class with this guy a while ago. I’ve seen him around campus at times and we’ve run into each other while out.

One of my friends pulled him to the side while we were out one time, and a bit of time went by since we had the class, we didn’t really talk in class. We talked for a few minutes but he cut the convo short. Another time we bumped into each other again, while I was out with another friend. My other friend who I was out with at the time suggested that we go near him to see if he noticed me. She was convinced that he didn’t see me because he was talking with a group of girls. He noticed me later.

This friend I went out with the second time insists that she saw his friends smirking at me, a few times. She said I needed to make my interest more known. While my friends I went out with the first time, feel talking to him was a bold move and if he had interest, would’ve kept the conversation going.

hi everyone I have an update. So we now talk and say hi to each other. We saw each other at a party and he spoke to me. Then we saw each other out again and he gave me a hug and we spoke for a while. This happened in the last few weeks of school, however, and we both graduate soon. We have a little more than two weeks left before graduation. How do I continue to keep in touch without making things odd? I do not want to ruin what we have now, but build on it.
