He asked me if I’m looking for someone else because his friend said that I’ve been looking at his profile on a dating app?

I explained that I unmatching old matches and showed a screenshot that I only left his profile and didn’t speak to anyone. I said I dont mind deleting the app. Then he asked: are you sure? you’re not interested in another person or not interested in me anymore? I replied that I’ve always been available for his calls and was telling him where I was. But when I asked him to meet my friend or mum he didn’t. I said he was always welcome to pick me up from work too and I double checked if he was serious as I know what I want and asked when he’d be seeing me next. (He started being inconsistent for a week saying he’s been sick and his doctor told him to stay away from his phone due to high cortisol levels). After my long message he only replied next morning good night. I said good morning and he asked if I was okay. I said yes and asked if he was still sick. He said that he’s getting better but still has a few issues which he will solve. I said hopefully and if I can help, I will. He didn’t respond yet. Is he still interested or not anymore? What shall I do?
