Being tall or short depends on the distribution of the population in the country in which they live. In the US a 182 cm man is in the 81st percentile, a 183 man is in the 84th percentile, a 184 man is in the 88th percentile, a 185 man is in the 90th percentile, a 186 man is in the 92nd percentile, a man of 187 is in the 94th percentile, a man of 188 is in the 96th percentile, a man of 189 is in the 97th percentile, a man of 190 is in the 98th percentile, a man of 192 or more is in the 99th percentile.
A person who is above the 90th percentile is considered above average tall.

In Italy for example, things change a lot, the 90th percentile is 184cm, a person of 187 is already in the 97th percentile and a person of 190 is in the 99th percentile.

Ok now you want a 96th percentile man, but are you worth a man with those characteristics?
