Why would a guy say he likes a girl but he act so rude towards for no reason?

Rude how? I ask because it seems like everything men say to women is rude or mean. A girl asked on this forum the other day why a man would be so rude to not respond. She said he doesn’t like her in that way but she texted him and said “oh sorry that was an accident.” Then he replied w that’s ok. She said something back to him but he didn’t respond. Now she’s mad he didn’t respond when he never liked her to begin w. But somehow it’s his fault. Women tend to turn everything into the man’s fault. That’s why I ask how was he rude?

He laughs at me for no reason. When i wear a mini skirt he tried to shut a door on me. His girl friend acted weird around me like she was talking to someone then she seen me she acted weird. Sometime he used to laugh at me for no reason.
