Well I'm not saying you meant it this way with your question. I for one like my women to be very hairless, except for their forearms (I like hairy forearms to the elbow on a woman) and their eyebrows/the hair on their heads.
Everything else, I could not date a hairy woman (excluding forearms) along her body.
Anyways.
If a guy is hairy, it depends, because I for one am very hairless as a former blonde/blond, and so I don't have problems with body hair and I like my hairy legs, which aren't bad and I don't even treat them, besides sunscreen lol or ordinary showering. Dude why you always asking about body hair? What's your hangup about it? I just can't imagine being so obsessed over any one thing let alone this. I've got an idea for you. Go get everything lasered off and then you won't have to think about it anymore. Clearly you worry about this way too much. I don't care what my partner does. That is his or her choice. I have my preferences but ultimately it is up to them since I'm not a controlling person. I get mine waxed off on occasion and at the very least shave my legs and armpits daily and coochie every other day or so.
