He just took my book and drew me in it. The drawing is simple and funny.

When he gave me the book back, he said:"do you like it? It looks like you, you are just more beautiful, a little more beautiful".

If he’s constantly trying to make his mark on your things, like drawing in your books more than once, or on your arms, he almost always likes you. Sounds like he was doing a goofy drawing just so he could compliment you, and that is a definite answer for your question if he likes you.
