Why the male teacher is doing so?

Hi, can anyone please help me sorting out my problem... I'm a student and i have one of my teachers whom i think is so notorious to me! he is smiling at me while taking classes and he always look at me while walking along my classroom and i don't have a habit of taking notes for his subject. yet, i'm the first ranker in his subject. i usually talk about something and laugh with my friends during his classes.. he don't like that.. but, he don't scold me or show his anger directly to me.. rather, he just advice the other person to whom i talk and laugh and he also asks some subject questions to them and insult them.. and i don't know why I'm feeling like this... that he's so different to me.. and he always intentionally check my notes though he knows that nothing will be there... and after checking the notes, he don't scold me or advice, he just smile and sights me... i want to know WHAT MY TEACHER IS FEELING FOR ME?

Really depends honestly probably mad your not paying attention but still know it all.

My teachers were like that. I never needed to pay attention but they knew that I could answer them.

Pissed them off I was so smart!

But that does seem to be that he is staring more then he should be? Hope he won't make a try for you and flirt yuck!

Actually, i can't ask him straightly... I'm his student... and also i don't have guts to open this to anyone else... but, he's disturbing me a lot indirectly...😒

Then really go to the admin or HR and tell them his is being so rude and his behavior.
Even get a video of him doing it from a friend recording
