What if you teacher treat you different in class you. smile at you a lot in every situation. and once I want to ask question I said that I want to ask you question so he say personal question or which question?

If you aren’t interested romantically just remind him he is your teacher. “I wouldn’t ask a personal question you are my teacher” (or something) That should sort him. Don’t let him make it awkward stick up for yourself, but politely.
