Is he interested if he helped me by cleaning my wound?

So I fell over and got a small scratch. After some time we just realized I was bleeding. And when we noticed, he pulled my leg, put it over his and cleaned my wound. I just thought that's a nice gesture and wonder if anyone would do that or only if you guys like the girl romantically?

The thing is he straight away pulled my leg without saying anything and put my leg on his. I dont think you put a strangers leg on yours, do you? Thanks for all your comments!

possibly, but at least he didn't panic over something like that.
For me stuff like that is just another call, but I help anyone out, so it would be hard to tell, unless he kissed it and made it better.
