Does my class-mate like me?

So I'm taking a short course for Spanish and I heard one of the students say that my classmate (Nick) liked me and that he only talks about me during lunch. Nick didn't deny it but awkwardly laughed at this and whispered "Ooh did you hear that?" In my ear.

Another friend also told me that Nick always asks him if I'm interested in anyone else.

So a guy says he likes you and tells other people he likes you and you... ask if he likes you? Did I sum that up? Yeah I would say that he likes you if that is what he is saying to other people and only talks about you at lunch. I don't know how else you can possibly take this to mean. The fact that the one friend is asking about your situation points to the same conclusion.

I'd say he likes you then. If he isn't denying it to them. When he said "Ooh did you hear that" is kinda a flirty thing in my opinion.
