Ok, so let's reframe the incident. I'm assuming the guy that did this was one you didn't find attractive. What if you did? You notice VERY attractive guy looking at your butt, then he comes around to look at your face. I'll bet you smile at him and are happy he looked. Now back to the guy that DID do this, he's just a normal guy, he finds women's bodies arousing. He not trying to be creepy, he's just human. Now you don't have to entertain any advances you don't want, but stop getting offended because someone else noticed you. I assure you some where there's a man you noticed didn't find you appealing (if only because he's gay, if nothing else). We don't get to choose who notices/wants/fantasizes about us, only those that get to act on those desires. One of the things guys get really tired of is this demonizing of our sex drive. I'm not advocating rape, I'm just saying heterosexual men are going to notice an want women. Nobody looks down their nose at a woman who takes a long hot bath with a trashy romance novel. You think we don't know what you're doing? But a guy goes in his bedroom with a laptop and a bottle of hand lotion, and you want to call the police because he's "creepy". Male heterosexuality is not pathological.
