A drunken scenario?

A friend of yours has become pretty drunk. You are in a safe area and there are plenty of other things they could have laid on but they chose to lay on YOUR lap. They even state multiple times that if you would like them to get off of you all you have to do is kick them and they will. (It doesn’t have to be a hard kick just a nudge.)
In what scenario would you not kick them off your lap/ why would you not kick them off?

I would order a glass of water let them rest and get her hydrated sobered up a bit then get her home to sleep it off i can’t stand any man that takes advantage of a drunk woman and then smiles the next day it’s sick she’s my friend so I would not let anything happen to her

If it was a guy who laid in my lap, you can guess easily what I would tell him. If it was a female it would be fine as long as I didn’t have anything else to do
