he's like this guy he uses machete to open our door because he hates my disable brother and uncle. He tries to open our door with machete. But he's drunk. He always does this when he's drunk. by the way he's my uncle husband of my aunt (mom sister) and he tries to somewhat hurt my brother and uncle ( moms brother) his own brother in law. But thank God nothing happened to them our door just broken. Hed put in jail only for one day which kinda sucks

For starters probably aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. He was renting a room there, but he forced entry into a room he did not rent and raised the pickaxe toward not only the roommate which had his own space, but also towards police responding toward the incident whom are a protected class. You could toss in resisting arrest as well. Next I'd say felony criminal mischief for the excessive and reckless intentional property damage. After that, probably some sort of DUI with property damage for crashing his car into the dude's house and flipping it while under the influence of whatever that dude was on.

His crime would be bleeding to death all over my nice stuff. Mofo was breaking into my room like that, his prize would be a slit throat once he got through to the other side. I have no idea about self defense in a court of law, but to me someone crashes their car, breaks down my front door, then busts into my room with a deadly weapon after smashing said door a dozen plus times, they are a deadly threat, and I won't stand there and be a victim.

Unfortunately for him, I'm much deadlier than a 220lb drunk with a pickaxe.

Get a restraining order against him!! God knows what the future holds…he might end up badly hurting or even killing your poor brother.
