Do you really not know the definition of childish? It means the behave like a child. I suppose you can ask here but why not just use Google to look up the definition? If the guy is childish I would say stay away from him. That means he isn't relationship material and likely a waste of your time. The fact that you have a crush on someone that is childish and acts childish tells me maybe you aren't ready either because who wants to date a guy that acts like a child?
