Lack of attentiveness.


If they’re not being present and they’re on their phone and they don’t have a really good reason why? Disqualified. I’m a very busy person so if I take time out of my day to meet, I expect that they respect my time as I respect theirs.


Other than that, it would very much be more about vibe checks. Do they give off any bad vibes? Does anything feel off in the way they speak or behave? Is our chemistry great or is it janky? Etc.


I take a pretty intuitive approach.
